Session 7 3.30The EU Temporary Agency Work Directive: This MUST be implemented by 5th December 2011 and means that temporary agency workers must be given the basic working and employment conditions, including pay, which would apply if they have been recruited directly. Temporary agency workers must also be given access to facilities at work under the same conditions as permanent employees, although there will be exceptions and get out clauses.
