Carecall is the leading provider of counselling services in the workplace in Ireland, providing innovative approaches to managing the health and wellbeing of employees for over 12 years. We have a special relationship with all employment sectors as the preferred supplier of Employee Assistance Services. Through those relationships we have built a unique understanding of the challenges, risks and pressures faced by organisations and employees. Central to this has been the provision of a professional, confidential and highly effective counselling service. Through a partnership approach with organisations to managing wellbeing, we also deliver workshops on healthy lifestyle and coaching for individuals and teams. Our clients in Ireland include the Department of Education and Skills, supporting all teachers and special needs assistants across Ireland, the Health and Safety Authority and the Irish Association of Funeral Directors.

In light of this knowledge and experience we have developed a counselling service to support both employees and employers in areas such as returning to work after a period of sickness, managing conflict with individuals and teams, supporting both the individual and the employer when downsizing is imminent and people need to be prepared for career transition, managing difficult conversations and protecting individual’s own wellbeing.
