Niall Saul is currently Executive Chairman of Symbio HR Solutions. Symbio is a company engaged in providing strategic and operational support to companies in the areas of major change, restructuring and HR best practice. He joined Symbio from the McNamara Construction Group, where he spent three years as the Group HR Director. Before joining McNamara Construction, Niall was Group Head of HR and Organisation Development with Irish Life and Permanent.

He has over 30 years experience in the areas of HRM, Organisation Development, Industrial Relations, Restructuring and Change Management in a series of major companies, both unionised and non-unionised.

Through his association with the US based Continuous Learning Group he is engaged in providing Leadership Coaching to CEOs and senior executives. Niall is a partner in McLaw and associates a master practitioners group providing support to Companies working on Lean Projects in the knowledge worker sector.
