About Natasha Canniffe

Natasha practises in the firm’s Employment & Equality Law Group where she advises clients in both the public and the private sector on a wide range of employment law matters. These include unfair dismissals, redundancy, employment equality, managing sickness absence, managing bullying and harassment and disciplinary procedures, changing terms and conditions of employment, industrial relations and the employment aspects of outsourcing and mergers/acquisitions.  She also acts for clients in contentious employment matters before the courts, Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Labour Relations Commission and the Equality Tribunal.
