Background

This case has a useful summary of laws relating to time limits for submitting claims to enforce employment rights. This case involved fixed term contracts and alleged penalisation for attempting to enforce rights in relation to contracts of an indefinite duration. Unfortunately for the claimant, he submitted his claim almost two years after his employment ended.
