AI for HR

We offer a wide range of resources to help HR teams stay informed and confident as AI continues to reshape the world of work. Alongside our seasonal events for HR professionals, we also provide all-staff AI training to help organisations build skills and awareness across their entire workforce.

Keeping up to date with developments in AI is essential as new tools and regulations emerge at speed. Understanding how these changes affect everyday HR responsibilities, from recruitment and performance management to compliance and communication, ensures your organisation can work efficiently, responsibly and with clarity.

AI for HR

The Journey So Far

Legal Island organised its first AI for HR event just a few weeks after ChatGPT 3.5 dropped in November 2022. Since then we have helped hundreds of organisations understand how to upskill their workforce quickly using GenAI. We’ve also played an important part in explaining how to introduce efficiencies into the workplace, shortening or eliminating processes, by clever use of AI, and have shared the learning from our own AI literacy training work.

Currently, Legal Island is one of just four companies in the UK listed in the EU Repository of AI training practices which exemplifies good use of AI by employees.

AI for HR Events

We run a range of events each season designed specifically for HR professionals who want to stay ahead of the rapid changes happening in AI. These sessions help you understand how to use practical, safe and effective AI tools to lighten your workload, improve accuracy, and support better decision-making across your organisation. Since early 2023, we have used over 50 legal, AI and cultural change experts to deliver our AI training events to employers across the public, private and third sectors.

AI for HR eLearning Courses

Rolling out AI across a workforce without proper training creates risk. Our eLearning courses ensure everyone knows how to use AI effectively while keeping sensitive data secure.
