Do you provide one-on-one advice for HR professionals or employees with HR issues?
No, we do not offer one-on-one advice as part of our service. However, subscribing to our platform includes access to a complimentary 15-minute consultation with a specialist solicitor.
Does my subscription grant access to both the Northern Ireland (NI) and Republic of Ireland (ROI) Employment Law Hubs?
Each Employment Law Hub requires a separate subscription. However, we offer a discounted joint NI/ROI subscription. To arrange this, please contact carleen@legal-island.com.
I am already a subscriber to the Hub, can I change the details of my organisations subscription owner?
Yes. If you wish to change the details of you subscription owner please contact carleen@legal-island.com stating the change of details and we will take care of that for you.
Does the Employment Law Hub contain policy templates?
No - due to the challenge of maintaining accurate and up-to-date policy templates in line with evolving regulations and copyright considerations, we're unable to provide them. Instead, our focus is on empowering HR professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to create informed, compliant policies tailored to their own unique needs.
Can I contribute an article to the Hub?
We welcome contributions from employment law solicitors and HR professionals with expertise in employment law, workplace best practices, or related topics. If you’re interested in writing for the Hub, please contact Knowledgeteam@legal-island.com
I'm a Hub Subscriber, but I didn’t get my email today?
Despite our best intentions, sometimes emails don’t get through to the intended recipient. This can happen for a number of reasons; they can be diverted into your junk mail, blocked by a firewall, soft bounce or hard bounce. Your first step here should be to contact your IT department to check if the firewall filtered out an email from Legal-Island. Also, ask the IT department to whitelist our emails so you don’t encounter any issues in future. If the email hasn’t been filtered out by a server or firewall, please email hub@legal-island.com. We will investigate the issue and respond to you.

To access the Employment Law Hub, please use the email address at which you currently receive Legal-Island emails, and the password you were allocated when you signed up for the service. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset tool on the login page. This will email you instructions on how to reset your password.
