Today's EAT review concerns the case of Ellen Browne v Abraham Low Self Help Systems (UD 145/2010). It arose out of a large number of pornographic images contained on an employee's computer. Instead of immediately carrying out an investigation, the company suspended the grievant. This was the major failing of the employer which ultimately led to a finding of constructive dismissal against the employer.
