This case concerned the rate of pay for Student Nurses and qualified Nurses awaiting registration. The Court found that the dispute regarding student nurses’ pay cannot be pursued under the Haddington Road Agreement, but recommended further discussions between parties in relation to the rate of pay for qualified Nurses awaiting registration.
