Overview

Gain a professional certificate and master AI for HR!

AI is transforming HR – are you ready to lead the change?

The AI revolution is here, and HR is on the front line. Our recent Legal Island survey (25 March 2025) shows most HR professionals now use GenAI regularly – many every day.
This is the first CPD-certified course in the UK and Ireland focused solely on AI for HR. Whether you’re a seasoned HR professional or just starting out, this course gives you the practical know-how to apply AI tools ethically and effectively in the workplace.

Taught by top-tier AI experts and professional trainers, this programme will help you:
•    Earn your first recognised AI qualification tailored to HR.
•    Boost your CV, portfolio, or job application with AI credentials.
•    Show you fully grasp the seismic change happening in the workplace today due to AI.
•    Stay relevant. Stay competitive. Get AI-ready with us.

"The development of AI is as fundamental as the creation of the microprocessor, the personal computer, the Internet, and the mobile phone. It will change the way people work, learn, travel, get health care, and communicate with each other. Entire industries will reorient around it. Businesses will distinguish themselves by how well they use it.” Bill Gates

AI is already being likened to the Industrial Revolution in terms of how it will shape the nature of work and how it is done.

Already some employers are looking to implement AI to secure a strategic business advantage. Others see it as a means of slashing or eliminating routine admin tasks freeing up many to focus on the core parts of the job they were recruited to do. Early studies suggest that AI can help improve levels of efficiency by 25% while improving quality standards too*. *September 2023 Harvard Business School

Testimonials

Feedback that speaks volumes...

"I had zero practical experience with AI before we began. The course moved along at a comfortable pace and yet by the time we were through, it felt like we had covered a vast amount in a short space of time . The anecdotes told by the speakers were some of the most valuable insights for me. Once I started using ChatGPT myself (safely, thanks to Legal island) I began to find a use for it almost every day. As a result of my learnings, I'm now part of an AI commitee with our IT team to draw up governance and roll our various AI tools at our orginisation. I just love the possibilities this course has opened up."
Laura Crowe Executive Assistant to CEO & Head of Legal, Kefron
"Probably one of the most important courses I’ve attended, with expert and engaging presenters each week."
Jennifer Flatley HedgeServ
"Embarking on our AI journey through the Legal Island training course in AI for Human Resources has been transformative. This course laid the foundation for us to understand and integrate AI into our HR practices. We are now starting to examine how we harness AI to streamline recruitment, enhance employee engagement, and make data-driven decisions. We believe it will not only improve our HR operational efficiency but also set us on a path to foster a more inclusive and dynamic workplace. This training is an essential first step for any HR professional looking to embrace the future of work!"
