
This case concerned the employment relationship between the Applicants and the Respondent. The Supreme Court, setting aside the High Court’s decision, found that the Employment Appeals Tribunal should be allowed determine, based on the facts, whether an employment relationship between the parties existed. The matter was remitted to the EAT for determination - it's third in this long-running case.
