Karl is a Senior Executive & Leadership Coach/Trainer with OCN Coaching Champions Ltd and CoachDevelopTransform- Coaching leaders, Developing teams and Transforming Organisations in both the public and private sector. He is also the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Irl) lead Trainer in human resources, coaching and employee engagement and is part of the Institute of Public Administration Associate faculty for learning and development. Karl is an award- winning coach from Chambers Ireland, CIPD and the Irish Institute of Training & Development. He is an author with a successful track record of enabling individuals and teams to be inspired to deliver extraordinary results for themselves, customers and organisations. He has designed and rolled out numerous successful Leadership and Leading Change interventions within organisations. This includes a 10-module programme for an in-house client of the CIPD who are upskilling managers to lead their teams more effectively while helping lead them through change and to re-build engagement.
